CREATING A MOMENT
I don’t do many tablescapes throughout the year, but love creating beautiful moments for fall and holiday gatherings. I personally always thought they looked too complicated to ever try creating one. The more I started doing them, the more I realized just how easy and fun they are to put together. When I was younger, we always had pot luck style gatherings where everyone had a paper plate and we just sat wherever and enjoyed each other’s company. I have continued that tradition with my family, but I like to throw in a few more intimate gatherings where I can decorate the table and make it more special. I recently created a fall look that would be perfect for all your fall gatherings leading up to Thanksgiving. Some of the items I have had for years, but I did add a few new affordable items that really elevated the look!

SET THE TABLE
I love fall time! The cooler temps, the gorgeous colors and all the texture have me swooning. I started this look with this woven runner that I have had for over 15 years! When you invest in great quality neutral staple items, they will last for many years to come! Here is a similar option. Next I added in the beautiful basket chargers. They are always my go to and look great with every season. I linked a similar option here. Then I added these gorgeous Harvest dishes . They were a super affordable find and the quality is great! I love the neutral colors of them. They definitely look like they cost way more than they did! Finally, a cute napkin ring with linen napkin is always a great finishing touch. Here are two alternates to achieve a similar look, napkin & ring. And, if you love the look of the gold flatware, these are a great affordable option.

GLASSWARE
Next let’s talk about these gorgeous glasses. The minute I saw these tortoise drinking glasses, I knew I just had to have them. They are so cute and add a little sophistication to this look. The gold rimmed wine glasses paired perfectly and added a touch of glam. Both are super affordable, yet look more high end.

CENTERPIECE
Last of all is this Antler Taper Centerpiece is truly a standout! I paired it with my favorite flickering flame taper candles. The flickering flame effect adds a beautiful glow at night for cozy dining. The amber glass pumpkins are illuminated by the tealight size of flickering flame candle. The centerpiece is made from resin to look like a natural antler and is so incredibly realistic! Check out the chandelier version! This centerpiece could also be used to style a console table or if you have a wide mantle, it would make a stunning focal point.
